6 Kimchi & Cheddar Croissants

I was worried the kimchi would overpower the cheese, but the balance is spot-on—the gochugaru adds a nice subtle heat without burning. The croissants stayed flaky even after reheating, which surprised me.

The kimchi and cheddar filling is perfectly balanced—spicy, tangy, and creamy all at once. I warmed mine in the oven for a few minutes and the croissant stayed flaky while the cheese got melty. Definitely ordering another box for my next brunch.

The gochugaru on top gives these a slow warmth that builds with each bite, and the cheddar melts right into the kimchi. Six disappeared at brunch faster than I planned for.
