5 Burger Buns

I used these buns for sliders at a party and the sesame-salt topping gave them a nice crunch. The crumb held up well to juicy fillings without getting soggy, which was a relief.

The brioche is so pillowy and light, and that little hit of sea salt on the sesame seeds really comes through. Held up great soaking up burger juices without going soggy.

Toasted these for burgers last weekend and the sesame seeds plus that little hit of sea salt on top made them taste way better than standard buns. The crumb stayed pillowy even after a minute on the grill, and the thin crust didn't fall apart under a juicy patty.
