12 Mini Sausage Rolls

The mustard and herb seasoning is perfectly balanced, not overpowering at all. These little rolls heat up beautifully in the oven and come out flaky every time. I've already ordered another box for the weekend.

The sesame and nigella seeds on top give these a nice little crunch you don't usually get from shop-bought pastry. Warmed them for ten minutes and the puff pastry came out properly flaky, not soggy like the frozen ones I've had before.

The herb mix really comes through — rosemary and sage first, then a little mustard heat at the back. Twenty minutes in the oven and the sesame and nigella seeds on top went nicely crisp.
