12 Mini Salami & Cornichons

The fennel seed salami paired perfectly with the tangy cornichons and mustard butter. The brioche cream bun held everything together without getting soggy, even after sitting in my bag for an hour. Perfect little snack for a light lunch.

The fennel seed in the salami is subtle but definitely there, and it pairs so well with the tangy cornichons tucked inside that soft brioche bun. I ordered these for a work lunch and ended up eating three before anyone else got to the tray.

The fennel seed salami has a nice background warmth, and the mustard butter keeps the brioche from tasting dry. Way better than the sad sandwich platters we usually get at the office.
