Sesame & Cardamom Morning Bun

The sesame-caramelized crunch on the outside gives way to such a tender, buttery brioche inside. That cardamom-spiced demerara sugar coating is seriously addictive.

The braiding gives this bun a wonderfully flaky texture, and the sesame-cardamom filling is perfectly balanced—not too sweet. It’s become my favorite morning treat with coffee.
