The skin-on potato chunks nestled in the crumb are a great textural surprise, and the nigella seeds give it a lovely pop of flavor. I've sliced it thin for toast and thick for sandwiches, and it holds up beautifully either way.

That glossy crust cracked beautifully when I sliced into it, and the combination of tender potato pieces with the rosemary aroma was just right. The nigella seeds add a subtle oniony pop that I wasn’t expecting but really enjoyed.
