Ham & Cheese Croissant

The béchamel sauce is incredibly rich and creamy, perfectly complementing the salty ham and sharp cheese. For a “waste not” item, the croissant stayed surprisingly flaky after reheating. Definitely grabbing more next time.

Tried this on a whim and the Lincolnshire Poacher cheese really shines through, giving it a proper sharp edge against the creamy béchamel. Surprised how well it reheated too, the pastry stayed flaky.
