Gluten-Free Sourdough 350g

Finally found a gluten-free bread with actual flavor—that bitter-sweet malted taste from the black treacle is perfect. The crumb is nice and dense, not airy like most GF loaves, and it toasts up beautifully without falling apart.

The black treacle really comes through in the crust, that bitter-sweet malted thing I've missed since going gluten-free. Crumb stays tight enough to hold up to a proper sandwich, which is rare. Genuinely didn't expect a GF loaf to taste this good.

I was skeptical about gluten-free sourdough but the chickpea and teff flours give it a genuinely malty, almost molasses-like depth. Toasted with salted butter, it holds up like a real rye.
