10 Honey Cakes

I brought these to a brunch and the blue cornflour petals got more comments than anything else on the table. Each one is genuinely bite-sized, so the cinnamon honey icing doesn't overpower the little sponge underneath.

The blue cornflour petals make these look like something from a fancy bakery, but they're gone in two bites. I brought the 10-pack to a work meeting and the cinnamon honey icing got compliments before I even sat down.

The blue cornflour petals add a nice visual touch but don't add much flavor. They're more convenient than making my own, though the icing could be a bit thicker for my taste.
