The pesto really stands out without being greasy, and each half stayed fresh even after sitting in the fridge for a few hours. Perfect for a no-fuss lunch spread that actually feels satisfying.

The mozzarella and pesto halves were the first thing to disappear at our team lunch, even the meat eaters went back for seconds. Bread stayed soft and the pesto didn't make anything soggy, which is rare for pre-made sandwiches.

The pesto-to-mozzarella ratio on these sandwich halves is spot on. Brought them to a work lunch and they disappeared fast, even with the meat-eaters. So glad this box is plant-based.
