10 Smoked Salmon Bagel Halves

The cream cheese to salmon ratio was perfect on every half, and the watercress added a fresh crunch I wasn't expecting. I ordered these for a small brunch and they were gone in minutes.

The capers and pink pickled onion give these a nice tangy bite that cuts through the cream cheese, way better than the plain lox bagels I used to grab. Fed six of us easily and the watercress stayed fresh.

The pink pickled onions add a nice tang that balances the rich smoked salmon. Came perfectly packaged for a brunch party and the bagels were still fresh. Definitely enough for five hungry people.
