Salad Pots (Serves 6-12)

The sweet potato and freekeh salads were gone first at our lunch, the roasted veg mix held up well even after a few hours out. Each pot is a perfect single serving size, so there was zero waste.

The beetroot and goat's cheese ones disappeared first at our family gathering, and the sweet potato freekeh was a nice surprise for the vegans. Everything arrived cold and fresh, and the pots split easily for 8 of us.

Ordered these for a work lunch and the sweet potato and freekeh one disappeared first. The pots are generous enough that six of us ate well with a bit left over, and everything still tasted fresh on arrival.
