12 Mixed Mini Savoury Rolls

The spinach rolls held up surprisingly well after being reheated, and the pastry on the sausage rolls was perfectly flaky. A great mix for a party platter without any waste.

Ordered these for a work lunch and the spinach ones disappeared first, which surprised me since I figured sausage would win. The half-size portions mean you can grab one of each without feeling stuffed. Pastry stayed flaky even after sitting out for an hour.

The half sizes are ideal for a party platter since guests can try both without committing to a full roll. Spinach ones had a nice flaky pastry and the sausage filling was generous. Ordered 24 for a birthday and they disappeared fast.
