Rapscallion 乾青檸

The kaffir lime leaf really comes through in this — gives it a floral, almost perfumed edge that sets it apart from standard lime sodas. I've been mixing it with sparkling water for a lighter afternoon drink.

I was expecting something sharp and artificial, but the macerated lime rind gives it a rounded, almost marmalade-like depth underneath the fresh juice. Genuinely refreshing over ice on a hot afternoon.
