The ginger and lemon cut through the earthy beets perfectly, and I love that they use the whole fruit including the peel. It's refreshing without being too sweet, which is hard to find in cold drinks.

I was skeptical about a beetroot drink but the apple sweetness balances it out nicely. You can actually taste the bits of peel and pulp, which makes it feel like real juice rather than something watered down. Been grabbing one on my way to work all week.
