Pistachio & Sour Cherry Biscotti

The crunch on these biscotti is perfect—not too hard that you break a tooth, but sturdy enough for dipping in my afternoon coffee. The pistachios add a nice savory balance to the sweet-tart cherry pieces.

The sour cherries are a nice tart contrast to the sweet pistachio, and the biscotti has that perfect crunch without being too hard. I’ve been having one with my afternoon coffee every day since the box arrived.
