Sea Salt Caramel, Banana & Pecan Cake

The pecans on top are perfectly crunchy and caramelized, adding such a nice texture to the moist banana bread. I love that the salt balances out the sweetness without being overpowering.

The caramel layer stays just soft enough to soak into the banana bread, and those pecans add a great crunch right up to the last bite. I sliced it thin with my afternoon coffee and it felt like a proper bakery treat without leaving the house.
