The tiny bubbles feel so delicate on the tongue, and the elderflower flavor is subtle but definitely there. I love that it's unfiltered, it gives the drink a much more natural, honest taste than those clear kombuchas.

I was worried unfiltered would mean chunky, but it just tastes fresh and slightly cloudy in a good way. The natural fizz is gentle rather than aggressive, and it's not sickly sweet like most canned ones I've tried.

The elderflower is subtle, not perfumey, and you can actually taste that it's unfiltered. It's less fizzy than the big brands, which I prefer, and it feels lighter somehow. Been buying a bottle a week since spring.
