The sea salt on top is what gets me, that little savory hit against the sweet brioche. The crumb really is pillowy, and the crust stays thin instead of turning tough. Ate three before dinner and regret nothing.

I warmed one up for ten seconds and the sesame seeds plus that whisper of sea salt made it taste way more expensive than it probably was. The crumb is pillowy but the crust stays thin, which is exactly what I want in a brioche. Already debating ordering a second box before the week's out.

The sea salt on top cuts through the butter in a way I didn't expect from something this small. I warmed two for breakfast and the crust stayed thin while the inside was basically a cloud. Gone in a day, ordering more.
