Organic Raspberry & Rose Jam

I can taste the difference the copper pan makes — the jam has a depth of flavor that reminds me of homemade preserves my grandmother used to make. The rose is subtle enough to complement the raspberries perfectly.

The raspberry flavor is so bright and natural, you can really taste the whole fruit. It’s not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced with the rose—great on toast or stirred into yogurt.

The texture is wonderfully thick and chunky, just like homemade jam should be. I love seeing the actual raspberry seeds in it, and the rose flavor is subtle but really comes through on toast.
